| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年心力衰竭(HF)患者治疗前后B型利钠肽(BNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化。方法对46例老年心力衰竭(HF)患者(其中NYHA心功能Ⅱ级组13例、Ⅲ级组26例,Ⅳ级组11例)检测血浆BNP、CRP水平。结果老年HF患者BNP、CRP水平随NYHA分级加重而升高,经治疗心功能不全缓解后BNP、CRP水平均有明显降低。结论BNP和CRP的联合检测对老年HF的发生、发展及预后有较好预测价值。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the change of plasma BNP and CRP level before and after therapy in the elderly patients with heart failure.Method All 46 subjects with New York Heart Association（NYHA） class Ⅱ to Ⅳ（NYHAⅡ：13 cases,Ⅲ：26 cases,Ⅳ：11 cases）were enrolled,and the plasma level of BNP and CRP were evaluated before and after therapy.Result The plasma level of BNP and CRP had a positive correlation with the severity of NYHA class,and there was an obvious decrease of BNP and CRP plasma level after therapy anti-dysfunction of heart in the elderly patients with heart failure.Conclusion The plasma BNP and CRP meaurement have diagnostic and prognostic value in the elderly patients with heart failure. |
