复方苦参注射液对胃癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响

目的：探讨复方苦参注射液对胃癌术后化疗患者的免疫增强作用。方法：将40例胃癌术后化疗患者随机分成两组，对照组给予氟尿嘧啶＋亚叶酸钙＋奥沙利铂化疗，试验组所用化疗方案与对照组相同，同时在化疗的第1～5天给予复方苦参注射液20mL／d。所有患者均用流式细胞仪测定其外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）数量，并进行对照分析。结呆：对照组化疗后外周血CD3^＋、CD4^＋、NK细胞数量及CD4^＋／CD8^＋细胞比值较化疗前显著下降（P〈0．05），CD8^＋细胞水平显著升高（P〈0．05）；试验组化疗后外周血CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、NK细胞数量及CD4^＋／CD8^＋细胞比值较化疗前无显著差异（P〉0．05）。化疗后试验组外周血CD3^＋、CD4^＋、NK细胞数量及CD4^＋／CD8^＋细胞比值均较对照组显著升高（P〈0．05），CD8^＋细胞水平与对照组无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：复方苦参注射液能有效增强胃癌术后化疗患者的免疫功能。

Effects of compound Kushen injection on the immunologic function of patients after gastric cancer resection

Objective: To evaluate the effects of compound Kushen(Radix sophorae flavescentis) injection on the immunologic function of patients after gastric cancer resection.Methods: Forty patients after gastric cancer resection were randomly divided into two groups: 20 patients in control group were treated with routine chemotherapy including 5-fluorouridine(5-FU),calcium folinate(CF) and oxaliplatin,20 patients in experimental group were treated with the same chemotherapy regime combined with 20 mL/d compound Kushen injection during 1-5 days of chemotherapy.Flow cytometry was used to examine the numbers of T lymphocytes subsets(CD3~+,CD3~+CD4~+,CD3~+CD8~+) and the NK cells(CD16~+CD56~+) in blood samples.Results: In control group,the numbers of CD3~+, CD4~+ T cells,NK cells and CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio significantly declined than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05)while CD8~+ T lymphocyte number was increased significantly.In experimental group,there were no significant(differences) between the numbers of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+ T cells,NK cells,and CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio before and after(chemotherapy)(P>0.05).After chemotherapy,the numbers of CD3~+,CD4~+ T cells,NK cells and CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio were higher in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05),while the number of CD8~+ T lymphocyte was similar between two groups.Conclusion: Compound Kushen injection can improve the immunologic function of patients recei-ving chemotherapy after gastric cancer resection.
