无精子症精道造影209例分析

目的总结分析近6．5年来的输精管造影经验。方法对初步诊断为梗阻性无精子症的男性不育209例施行单人操作经皮穿刺输精管精道造影，对经皮穿刺失败者顿行开放穿刺。两侧穿刺成功后同时注射76％泛影葡胺一次摄片。结果209例中，异常50例（23．9％），其中输精管梗阻31例，射精管梗阻7例，其他异常12例。结论精道造影显影清晰直观，对梗阻性无精子症梗阻部位的确定和治疗方案的选择具有独特价值。

Vesiculography analysis of 209 cases with azoospermia

Objective To summarize and analyze vesiculography cases in the past 6 and half years. Methods 209 infertile men who were considered obstructive azoospermia were mostly performed vesiculography through percutaneous vasopuncture by single operator. After two sides were successfully punctured, 76% meglumine was injected into both sides and took the photograph only once. Results 50 of the 209 cases were abnormal. Among the 50 cases, 31 were vas deferens obstruction, 7 were ejaculatory duct obstruction and the rest were other abnormalities. Conclusion The way of vesiculography is outstanding with more distinct image and has special value for locating the obstructive site and choosing treatment method.
