无张力疝修补术在腹股沟斜疝治疗中的应用体会

目的总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的经验，探讨手术要点和注意事项。方法回顾分析112例疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的临床资料。结果112例均顺利完成手术，手术时间30～60min，平均40min；95％以上的患者在术后8～12h即可下床活动；无明显并发症发生，随访12～24个月，没有复发病例。结论疝环充填式无张力斜疝修补术并发症少，是治疗腹股沟斜疝的理想术式。

The application experience of tension-free herniorrhaphy in oblique inguinal hernia

Objective To study the application of mesh and plug hernial ring tension-free hernia repair in oblique inguinal hernia,including the operative procedure and attention.Methods The clinical data of 112 cases of oblique inguinal hernia treated by tension-free hernia repair were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the operations were successfully.These operations lasted 30~60 minutes,and average time was 40 minutes.Over 95% patients could get up 8~12 hours post operation.There was no severe complication occurred.None of the 112 cases was recurred until followed up for 12 months to 24months.Conclusion There is a few complication in oblique inguinal hernia treated by mesh and plug hernial ring tension-free herniorrhaphy.It is an ideal method to treat the oblique inguinal hernia.
