布地奈德和特布他林合用治疗儿童哮喘的疗效

目的：观察布地奈德、硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为两组，两组均在综合治疗基础上，治疗组用布地奈德＋硫酸特布他林雾化吸入，对照组给予地塞米松、利巴韦林雾化吸入，bid，5～7d为1个疗程。对两组治疗前后的症状、体征持续时间进行疗效观察比较。结果：治疗组的治愈率（68．52％）和总有效率（96．30％）都明显高于对照组的治愈率（26．09％）和总有效率（76．09％），两组间有统计学差异（P〈0．01）。在缓解喘憋、缩短咳嗽及肺部哆音持续时间方面治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论：布地奈德和硫酸特布他林联合雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效明显，安全方便。

Therapeutic Effects of Budesonide and Terbutaline Inhalation Treatment on Asthma Children

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effects of inhalation therapy with budesonide and terbutaline on asthma children. Method： One hundred patients with asthma were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 54）and control group（ n = 46）. Based on conventinal therapy for the two groups, the treatment group was administrated with oxygen-driven atomizer inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline. The control group was administrated with oxygen-driven atomizer inhalation of dexamethasone and ribavirin. Result： The cure rates were 68.52% and 26.09% respectively on treatment group and the control group. The total effictive rates were 96.30% and 76.09% respectively on treatment group and the control group. There were statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. No ADRs were found. Conclusion： Inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline is an effective and safe scheme to treat cases with asthma inchildren.
