国人结肠憩室病的临床,病理与X线对照研究（附18例分析）

目的：探讨中国人结肠线室病的发病机理、X线征象及最佳检查方法。材料与方法：对18例典型病例的临床表现、饮食习惯与X线征象进行对照分析。结果：多发憩室15例，单发憩室3例；远段慢性炎症者2例；习惯性便秘者16例；饮食习惯改变者14例。结论：（1）结肠憩是病的发生是基于个体先天性肠壁层次结构发有异常，同时诱发于各种继发性肠腔压力增高所致；（2）多发较单发多见，右半结肠较左半结肠多见，多发典型者可表现为“千足虫样”X线征象；（3）结肠低张气、钡双重造影法检查是结肠憩室病的最佳X线检查方法。

Comparative Study Clinical Findings and Pathology with X-ray Signs of Diverticular Disease Of Colon in Chinese

Purpose: To explore X - ray signs and the best examination methed of diverticular of the colon. Materials and Methods: The findings of X ~ ray, clinical and habit in fcods were analysed and compared in 18 cases. Results: Multiple diyerticular was 15 cases, single diverticular was 3 cases, chronic inflammation of distal colon was 2 cases, Habital constipation was l6 cases and changed habit in fbods was 14 cases. Conclusion: (1 ) The di erticular disease is caused by high pressure in colon above the foundation of congenital defect of ordinal structure of colon wal1; (2) The multip1e d1verticular is more than single, and right half colon than left; (3) The double contrast rocntgenograms with hyposthenia is the best examination method for diagnosls cf diverticular disease.
