| 摘 要： | NAD 依赖的15-羟基前列腺素脱氢酶(15-PGDH)是前列腺素降解的关键酶,对环氧合酶-2(COX- 2)有天然的拮抗作用。近年来发现,15-PGDH表达减少、活性减低与胃肠道及其他系统肿瘤的发生发展有密切关系,15-PGDH可以作为肿瘤预防和治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | NAD -dependent 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase, is a key enzyme in the degrading and biological in-activation of prostaglandins. Recently several studies have shown that lack of 15-PGDH expression and activity play a key role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumor in gastrointestinal tract and other systems. 15-PGDH will be a new target for the chemoprevention and treatment of tumor. |
