快速康复外科理念在结肠癌根治术患者围手术期护理中的应用

目的:评估快速康复外科理念运用于结肠癌根治术患者围手术期护理中的效益与风险。方法:将2012年1~9月收治我院普外科的结肠癌患者60例随机等分为观察组和对照组。观察组在整个围手术期贯彻快速康复外科理念的实施,对照组则采用常规护理方式。比较两组患者术后肛门恢复排气时间、肛门恢复排便时间、住院天数、住院总费用及尿路感染、腹腔感染、切口感染、吻合口瘘等并发症的发生率。结果:观察组肛门恢复排气时间、肛门恢复排便时间、术后住院天数、住院总费用均低于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者术后尿路感染、切口感染、腹腔感染、吻合口瘘相关并发症发生率比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:以快速康复外科理念指导结肠癌根治术患者围手术期间的护理,安全可靠,能更快地缩短患者康复时间,减少住院费用,未增加患者术后并发症的发生。

Application of fast track surgery in perioperation nursing of radical resection of rectal carcinoma patients

Objective： To assess the benefits and risks of fast track surgery concept used in colon cancer patients treated during perioperative care. Methods：60 colon cancer patients admitted to our general surgery department in 2012 from January to September were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group during the perioperative implement take measure in fast track surgerical way,the control group received the routine care way. Compareed two sets of patients in the anal recovery exhaust time,anus bowel recovery time,the incidence of hospital acquired pneumonia,urinary tract infection,celiac infection,infection of incision,anastomotic fistula complications. Postoperative hospitalization days. Results： The observation group anal restore exhaust time,anus bowel recovery time,postoperative hospitalization days,hospital total costs were obviously less than the control group,there were statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no differences between two groups in the incidence of urinary infection,infection of incision,celiac infection,anastomotic infection pulmonary infection. Conclusion： Fast track surgerical way used in colon cancer patients during perioperative period are more safet and can shorten patients recovery time,hospital expenses,and the incidence of complications
