外敷自制消肿止痛纱垫在尺桡骨骨折早期消肿止痛中的应用

目的:探讨外敷自制消肿止痛纱垫在尺桡骨骨折早期消肿止痛中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2012年1月~2013年12月收治的160例尺桡骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,伤后72 h内患肢给予冰块冷敷,以后给予热敷,并做好相关的护理措施。观察组采用自制消肿止痛纱垫外敷,伤后立即开始外敷患处,每天更换1次,比较两组患者伤后消肿、止痛效果。结果:观察组与对照组比较,肿胀及疼痛程度差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:外敷自制消肿止痛纱垫在尺桡骨骨折早期的消肿、止痛方面较常规护理效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of homemade traditional Chinese medicine gauze pad for subsiding swelling and pain of ulna and radius fracture in the early stage

Objective：To study the effect of homemade gauze pad for subsiding swelling and pain during the early nursing of the ulna and radius fracture. Methods ：160 patients with the ulna and radius fractures from January 2012 to December 2013 were analyzed and randomly divided into control group and observation group ,the control group were treated by routine nursing, limb with ice topical treatment within the first 72 hours after injury and compress 72 hours after injury, then do the related nursing measures. The observation group were treated with homemade gauze pad, treated the affected area immediately after injury and change once a day. Compared the nursing effect of swelling and pain. Resuhs：After nursing,the observation group effect of subsiding swe~hng and pain was better than the control group, the differences between two groups were statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It is effective to use homemade gauze pad for subsiding swelling and pain during the early nursing of the ulna and radius fracture, worthy of clinical application.
