| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对肺炎支原体感染的患儿实施个性化护理在辅助治疗中的效果。方法:选取我院2012年10月~2013年10月收治的肺炎支原体感染患儿88例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施个性化护理。观察两组患儿的护理效果。结果:经治疗后,观察组44例中显效31例,有效13例;对照组44例中19例显效,有效22例,3例无效。观察组的效果优于对照组,两组对比较具有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:个性化护理对小儿肺炎支原体感染能降低副作用发生几率,提高治疗有效性,值得在临床护理中推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To discuss the effect of personalized nursing implement in children patients with pneumonia mycoplasma infection. Methods ： Selected our hospital from October 2012 -October 2013,88 cases with myeoplasma pneumonias infection were randomly divided into control group and obselvation group. The control group received conventional care, while observation group implemented personalized nursing. Nursing effect of two groups were compared patients. Results ： The effect of observation group was better than that of control group, compared the two groups have significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion：For the patients with infantile pneumonia myeoplasma infection,individualized nursing can be targeted to solve practical difficulties, reduce the ad- verse event occurrence probability and enhance treatment effectiveness, therefore is suitable for popularization in clinical nursing. |
