循环改进管理模式在改善手术室护理人员职业倦怠感的应用效果

目的:探讨循环改进管理模式在改善手术室护理人员职业倦怠感的应用效果。方法:选取2011年8月~2013年4月的52名手术室护理人员为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组实施循环改进管理模式。将两组护理人员管理前、管理后3个月的职业倦怠感和自我倦怠感进行评估与比较。结果:观察组管理后3个月职业倦怠感及自我倦怠感评估结果均好于对照组(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:循环改进管理模式在改善手术室护理人员职业倦怠感效果较好,其更为适用于手术室护理人员的管理。

Effect of circulation improvement management mode in improving the job burnout of nurses in operation room

Objective： To observe the effect of circulation improvement management mode in improving the job burnout of nurses in operation room. Methods： 52 nurses in operation room from August 2011 to April 2013 were the research object,and 52 nurses were divided into control group（ routine management mode group） 26 cases and observation group（ circulation improvement management mode group） 26 cases at random,then the job burnout of two groups before and after the management were evaluated and compared. Results： The MBI score and self burnout evaluation results of observation group at third month after the management were all better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）,there was significant differences. Conclusion： The effect of circulation improvement management mode in improving the job burnout of nurses in operation room is better,and it is more suitable for the management of nurses in operation room.
