宜春市养老现状调查与对策

摘    要:目的:了解宜春市老龄化状况及养老机构现状。方法:采用统计资料收集、问卷调查和个人深入访谈等方式对宜春市60岁以上的老人及各登记注册正常运营的养老机构进行调查分析。结果:通过调查发现,我市60岁以上的老人75.48万人,占总人口的13.8%。宜春市养老机构多为公办性质,占91.6%,从业人员存在学历低、年龄偏大且大多数人没有经过专业培训,多数机构存在辅助器具配置低的状况。结论:宜春市人口老龄化形势严峻,养老问题复杂,已是未富先老,未备先老。养老机构主要由政府承办,存在着总量不足、床位缺口大、机构设施水平参差不齐且管理不规范、养老护理队伍数量短缺、医疗康复与精神慰藉等专业性服务供给不足的问题。现有的养老服务市场与人们的养老需求发展不同步,社会养老力量非常薄弱,构建多元化养老模式、加强养老护理队伍建设及规范养老机构市场管理势在必行。

Investigation the status quo of pension in Yichun and its countermeasures

Abstract:Objective :To understand the status quo of the aging status of Yichun city and pension institutions. Methods : To investigate and analyze the pen- sion mechanism adopted the statistical data collection, questionnaires and personal interviews on 60 years old in Yichun city the old man and the normal op- eration of the registration. Results : The results showed that 75 4800 elderly people over the age of 60 in our city, accounting for 13.8% of the total popula- tion. Pension institutions in Yichun city forpublic property, accounting for 91.6%, practitioners exist in the low age slants big and most people without pro- fessional training nstitutions, most of existing auxiliary appliance configuration of the low. Conclusion : Aging of population in Yichun city situation is grim, the pension problem of complex, is not the old rich first, not prepared to old. The pension mechanism mainly by government contractors, there is the total lack of beds, gap is big, facilities leveluneven and nonstandard management, shortage of old -age nursing team and the quality is not high, the lack of medical reha- bilitation and comfort and other professional services supply. Synchronization of pension service market and people's existingpension needs of development, social endowment strength is very weak, the construction of diversified pension mode, strengthen market management be imperative pension institutions old - age nursing team construction and specification.
