心理护理干预对不孕不育患者抑郁情绪的影响

目的:探讨心理护理干预对不孕不育患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取我院2012年10月~2013年10月收治的80例不孕不育患者作为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用单纯专业护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上根据患者的心理状态实施有针对性的心理护理干预,并采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表对两组患者护理干预前后的抑郁程度进行对比。结果:通过观察干预结果发现,两组患者护理干预前抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),经护理干预后抑郁情绪得到改善,且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,两组数据结果比较具有明显差异(P0.05)。结论:心理护理干预对不孕不育患者的抑郁情绪具有积极的影响,能有效缓解患者的抑郁情绪,值得在临床中推广。

The effect of nursing intervention on depression in patients with infertility

Objective：To analyze the nursing intervention effects on infertility patients with depression. Methods：Selected from October 2012 - October 2013 of 80 infertility patients as the research objects ,were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,40 cases in each group. Control group adopt- ed the model of pure professional care, observation group carried out according to the psychological state of patients on the basis of targeted psychological nursing intervention. Compared and analyzed the degree of depression of two groups by Hamilton depression rating scale of two groups. Results ： By observing the intervention ,two groups of patients with nursing intervention before there was no statistically significant difference comparing the depression score （P 〉 0.05 ）, depressed mood improved after nursing intervention, and observation group was better than control grOup, two groups of data results comparison has obvious difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention in patients with infertility depression has a positive impact, can effectively alleviate the pa- tient＇s depression ,is worth popularization in clinical application.
