| 摘 要： | 目的：通过时26例婴儿良性癫痫的临床观察及12—27个月的随访，进一步探讨婴儿良性癫痫的诊断方法及疗程。方法：对我院2003年7月-2004年10月神经专科门诊及病房就诊的婴儿良性癫痫患儿26例的临床资料进行分析和随访观察。结果：经12-27个月随访．所有患儿临床发作于起病8个月内停止，发作停止均达12个月以上。结论：应注意总结婴儿良性癫痫的临床特点，因其病程短、预后佳，可考虑缩短疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective: We retrospectively visited and reviewed 26 infant patients with benign epilepsy during a period of 12 to 27 months, in order to explore the diagnosis and treatment of benign epilepsy. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 26 cases with epilepsy in-patients and out-patients of neurology specialist clinic. Results: After visits for 8 to 12 months, all the patients were seizure-free 8 months after for at least 12 months. Conclusions: Benign epilepsy in infancy is of short duration with a favorable prognosis and the shortening of the course of treatment could be considered. |
