| 摘 要： | 目的 评价目前临床皮肤点刺试验和特异性IgE的可靠性.方法 选择变应性鼻炎患者给予尘螨变应原行鼻黏膜激发试验,取阳性患者60例给予皮肤点刺试验,采血检测其特异性IgE,并进行统计学分析以评价其相关性.结果 皮肤点刺试验及特异性IgE检测结果和鼻黏膜激发试验具有很好的相关性.结论 皮肤点刺试验和特异性IgE检测能较好地反应过敏性疾病的存在,可作为过敏性疾病的诊断手段.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the correlation of skin prick test and serum specific IgE(SIgE)to nasal mucosa provocation test,then evaluate the reliability of them.Methods Choose allergic rhinitis patients,to give the nasal mucosa provocation test,and then choose 60 cases of the positive patients to do skin prick test and serum SIgE,to analysis the correlation and reliability.Results There is correlation between skin prick test,SIgE and nasal mucosa provocation test.Conclusion The skin prick test and serum SIgE can be the diagnosis methods of allergic diseases. |
