摘    要:采用X线局部照射大鼠的双侧卵巢,建立了雌激素缺乏的大鼠动物模型。实验发现X线照射卵巢三个月后大鼠血清雌二醇(E_2)含量明显降低,大鼠淋巴细胞的增殖及其产生白细胞介素2(IL—2)的能力升高。统计学分析表明,大鼠血清E_2含量与大鼠淋巴细胞产生IL—2的能力呈负相关。

Abstract:A rat model of lack of estradiol ( E2 ) was established by X-ray irradiation to ovaries. It was found that the reduction of E2 level in serum, increase of interleukin 2 ( IL-2 ) secretion and hyperplasia of lymphocytes. There was also a negative correlation between the level of E2 in serum and IL-2 production(r= -0.952, P<0.0005). The model would be a good subject for the associated research between estrogen and immune system.
