云南省怒江州居民区蚊类的组成及分布

摘    要:目的调查和了解滇西北怒江州居民区蚊类的组成及分布状况。方法应用灯诱法对云南省怒江州的兰坪、泸水、福贡、贡山4个县计16个乡(镇)28个居民区(海拔900--2500m)样点夜间活动的成蚊进行通宵调查取样,对所获蚊类材料全部进行分类计数和统计分析。结果共捕获蚊类91262只,发现当地居民区蚊类由3亚科5属35种组成。其中,库蚊属(Culex)14种,按蚊属(Anopheles)11种,伊蚊属(Aedes)7种,阿蚊属(Armigeres)2种和蓝带蚊属(Uanotaenia)1种。所获蚊类中,三带喙库蚊(Culex tritaeniorhynchus)数量最多,占捕蚊总数的70.60%,遍布28个取样点;其次为中华按蚊(Anopheles sinensis),占捕蚊总数的19.26%,分布于27个取样点;其余33种蚊虫的数量均较少(合计仅占捕蚊总数的10.14%)和分布相对较窄。结论三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊为当地的优势蚊种,它们不仅数量多且分布广泛。从南到北,前者的数量呈逐步减少的趋势,而后者呈逐步增高的趋势。它们的数量构成比主导了当地蚊类物种多样性(丰富度)和密度的变化趋势。

Abstract:Objective To know the composition and distribution of mosquitoes(Culicidae) in residential area in Nujiang prefecture, northwest of Yunnan province. Methods By using trap lamp, the investigation was carried out at 28 sampled sites in 16 villages in all 4 counties (Lanping, Lushui, Fugong and Gongshan ) in Nujiang prefecture (the altitude of these villages ranged from 900 to 2500 m). Results A total number of 91 262 mosquitoes were collected. They were identified to 35 species of 5 genera in 3 subfamilies. The five genera were respectively Culex (14 species), Anopheles (11 species), Aedes (7 species), Armigeres (2 species)and Uanotaenia (1 species). Culex tritaeniorhynchus occupied 70.60% and were distributed in all sampled sites; and Anopheles sinensis occupied 19.26% and were distributed in 27 sampled sites; while other 33 species were few, and most of them are distributed in a few sampled sites. Conclusion Cx. tritaeniorhynchus and An. sinensis are dominant species, and they are distributed widely in Nujiang prefecture. From south to north, the quantities of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus is gradually reduced, while the quantities of An. sinensis is gradually increased. Their quantity proportion predominated the diversity and density of mosquitoes in local areas.
