老年住院病人5702例患病情况调查

对青岛市市立医院１９９３年１月～１９９４年１２月收治５７０２例５５岁以上老年住院病人的疾病进行调查统计分析。结果如下：（一）患病率最高的五类疾病依次为：循环系统疾病、肿瘤、消化系统疾病、神经系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病。（二）冠心病、脑血管病、慢性支气管炎、心肌梗塞的患病率随着年龄增高而增加，高脂血症、慢性胃炎随年龄的增高而减少。（三）老年人常见的恶性肿瘤为胃癌、肺癌、肝癌。（四）老年人死亡率最高的是脑血管病，其次为冠心病、肝癌。

Survey of 5702 Senile Inpatients' Dis-eases

survey and statistic analysis was given to 5702 over 55 -year -old senile inpatients who wereadmitted in January 1993 to becember 1994 inQingdao city hospital. The results were as follows :1. The five diseases with the highest sickness ratewere circulatory system diseases; tumor , digestivesystem diseases, nervous system diseases and en-docrine system diseases. 2. The sickness rate ofcoronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease,chronic bronchitis and myocardiac infarction raisedwith the age increased, hyperlipemia and chronicgastritis became less with the age increased. 3. Thecommon malignant tumors of old people were canci-noma of stomach , cancer of lung and liver cancer.4. The disease. with the highest death rate of oldpeople was cerebrovascular disease , coronary heartdisease and cancer of lung next.
