骨髓穿刺活检血液病理形态学观察——附100例分析

本文报告100例骨髓穿刺活检,进行了血液病理形态学观察。分析骨髓增生性。淋巴细胞增生性和网状细胞增生病变的血液病理形态特点。按照Kathy Foucar对淋巴瘤累及骨髓的分型,结合本文资料分型为:小梁旁弥漫型、小梁旁局限型、小梁旁散在型、无小梁弥漫型及无小梁局灶型。该文对临床诊断、治疗和预后有重要意义。

OBSERVATION ON PATHOMORPHOLOGY OF BLOOD FROM BONE MARROW BIOPSY---AN ANALYSIS OF 100 CASES

In this paper, we observed pathomorphology of blood from bone marrow biopsy from 100 cases. Characteristics of bone marrow hyperplasia, lymphatic cell hyperplasia and reticular cell hyperplasia were analysed. With regard to Kathy Foucar's classification for lymphoma involving bone marrow, a classification of diffuse paratrabecular, focal paratrabecular, dispersive paratrabecular, diffuse nonparatrabccular and focal nonparatrabecular was proposed from our data and was considered to have important significance in clinical diagnosis, treat ment and prognosis.
