Abstract:The Hsp65 in the procaryote is highly related to the immunity.Firstly, the Hsp65 is a protective antigen with immunogenicity and reactionogenicity.Secondly,it is highly homologue to the Hsp60 in the human and is closely related with autoimmune diseases, such as atherosclerosis, adjuvant arthritis, diabetes, etc. The Hsp65 can not only induce immune responses in the initial stage of these diseases, but also protect the organism in the later stage. It is important that the dimer structure it forms can cause the exposure of its hydrophobic domains and the nonspocific contact to the antigens. The immune complexion encoded by hsp65 and the other antigens gene have cross-presentation function and Call activate cytotoxic T cell due to the fuction of molecular adjuvant,so it can be used in the prevention and treatment of the tumor or virus diseases.Hsp65 has been used in the development of related vaccine by researchers with getting periodic achievement. Also,it is applied into preventing and curing mycobacterial diseases, tumor and viral disease.
Keywords:Heat shock protein 65  Tumor  Autoimmune disease
