彩色多普勒血流显像对肺栓塞者的下肢深静脉的观察

目的应用彩色多普勒血流显像对肺栓塞患者的下肢深静脉进行研究,并对相关情况进行分析以提高肺栓塞的早期诊断。方法分析26例确诊为肺栓塞患者的下肢深静脉的彩色多普勒超声表现,并与静脉造影、CT及核素扫描等检查进行了对照。结果26例患者中16例存在以上静脉血栓,其中亚急性期血栓10例;下肢静脉曲张者13例,可见它是血栓形成的主要原因。结论对有肺栓塞临床症状者进行超声心动图检查的同时,对其下肢深静脉进行彩色多普勒超声检查,可以大大提高肺栓塞的早期诊断。

Color Doppler Ultrasound of Deep Veins of Lower Limbs in Patients with Pulmonary Embolism

Objective To study lower limbs deep veins of Patients with pulmonary embolism(PE)via Color Doppler ultrasound,to analyse its correlative data in order that the forepart diagnosis of PE were advanced.Methods Lower limbs deep veins of 26 Patients with PE were examined with Color Doppler ultrasound and compared with the results of veins angiography,computed tomography and nuclide scintiscanning.Results 16 cases with thrombus of popliteal vein upwards were detected in 26 Patients with PE,including 10 cases with subacute thrombus; 13 cases with lower limbs varicosity.So it was mostly the causation of phlebothrombosis.Conclusions While clinic symptom Patients with PE were examined with echocardiography,their lower limbs deep veins were examined with color doppler ultrasound.In this way,the revealable forepart diagnostication of PE could be advanced.
