成人型肾母细胞瘤影像学诊断(附7例报告)

目的：评价成人型肾母细胞瘤的影像学诊断价值。方法：回顾分析7例经术后病理证实的成人型肾母细胞瘤影像学资料。结果：7例二维超声表现为囊实性或实质回声光团；3例彩超显示2例为肿块内丰富血流，内为高速高阻动脉频谱；4例CT显示平扫密度不均匀，增强动脉期不均匀强化；1例MRI显示T1加权稍高信号，他加权明显高信号。结论：各种影像学诊断方法结合有利于成人肾母细胞瘤的术前诊断。

Imaging Diagnosis of Adult Wilms Tumor (a Report 7 Cases)

Objective: To evaluate the value of Radiology and Ultrasonic in diagnosis of adult wilms tumor. Methods: 7 cases of adult nephroblastoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The B-mode ultrasound showed cysticsolid echo or solid echo in the nephroblastoma. The Color Doppler Flow Imaging showed the blood supply were plentiful in 2 of 3 cases. High speed and high resistence index arterial stream could be detected by pulsed wave Doppler in the tumors. CT characters of 4 cases showed heterogeneous density and heterogeneous reinforcement after contrast agent injected. MRI 1 case showed of had slightly high signal in T1 and transparent high signal in T2. Conclusion:Combination of inaging modality will be helpful for the preoperative diagnosis of adult nephroblastoma.
