超声诊断急性阑尾炎62例报告

目的探讨超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对本院因急腹症入院的疑诊阑尾炎62例患者行超声检查,并与手术结果对照。结果62例中,超声诊断急性阑尾炎60例,正确率96.8%(60/62)。2例超声误诊,误诊率3.2%(2/62)。结论超声对临床疑诊的急性阑尾炎具有明确的诊断及鉴别诊断价值,本组准确率达96.8%,可为手术提供诊断依据。

The report of 62 patients with acute appendicitis were diagnosed by ultrasonography

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in diagnosing acute appendicitis. Methods Uitrasonography was performed in 62 patients with acute appendicitis,and the results were compared with operation in our hospital.Results The Ultrasonography correct diagnostic rate was 96.8%(60/62),while the missing and misdiagnosis rate was .3.2%(2/62). Conclusions Ultrasonography is an valuable method in the diagnosis and the rate of the diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis were 96.8%,which could provide surgery important information of diagnosis.
