| 摘 要： | 为探讨鄱阳湖血吸虫病重疫区有效、经济、简便易行的化疗策略，本文通过连续3年的现场研究，对4种化疗策略（全民化疗、全民化疗结合健康教育、Kato法筛选化疗、McAb-Dot－ELISA法筛选化疗）的费用-效果进行了比较分析，提出鄱阳湖血吸虫病重疫区在1次全民化疗后，居民血吸虫感染率下降73．1％的情况下，第2年应调整策略，采取筛选法化疗策略。

| Abstract: | In order to explore a effective,economic and easy to execute chemotherapy strategy in the heavy endemic areas with schistosomiasis in Poyang Lake Region, Jiangxi Province, a field study on cost-effectiveness analysis of four kinds of chemotherapy strategies,including 1. mass chemotherapy, 2. mass chemotherapy combined with health education, 3. selected chemotherapy with Kato's method, 4. selected chemotherapy with McAb-Dot-ELISA, was made from 1992 - 1994. The results showed that the infection rate of residents have de creased remarkably by mass chemotherapy in the first year in the heavy endemic areas with schistosomlasis in Poyang Lake Region,but the chemotherapy strategy should be adjusted in the second year. It suggested that the selected chemotherapy should be adopted. |
