压力抗栓泵辅助预防老年病人术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效及护理

目的]观察术后卧床72h以上老年病人使用压力抗栓泵对预防下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法]将116例术后卧床72h的老年病人分为两组,对照组进行术后常规抗凝治疗及护理,治疗组在常规抗凝治疗及护理的基础上使用压力抗栓泵进行辅助治疗。两组均在术后固定时间抽血检测出凝血时间、纤维蛋白原、部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间。结果]术后卧床72h以上老年病人应用压力抗栓泵辅助治疗对预防下肢深静脉血栓疗效明显,对病人凝血指标无明显影响。结论]术后卧床72h以上老年病人在常规抗凝治疗基础上应使用压力抗栓泵辅助治疗,可预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。

Observation on therapeutic effect and nursing care of senile patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity prevented with pressure anti- thrombotic pump as assistant

Objective: To observe the influence of antithrombotic pressure pump on preventing of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity for postoperative senile patients lying in bed over 72 hours. Method: A total of 116 postoperative senile patients lying in bed over 72 hours were divided into test and control groups. Patients in control group were administrated antithrombotic drugs and nursing care as in routine. While patients in test group were provided with antithrombotic pressure pump as assistant based on the routine treatment and nursing care. Then blood samples of postoperative senile patients of both groups were collected on fixed time for determination of clotting time, profibrin, partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time. Result: Antithrombotic pressure pump had remarkable therapeutic effect on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity for senile postoperative patients lying in bed over 72 hours, and has no obvious influence on blood clotting indexes. Conclusion: Antithrombotic pressure pump as an assistant treatment based on the routine antithrombotic therapy can prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity for senile postoperative patients lying in bed over 72 hours.
