动物实验性急性心肌梗死大鼠在磁场作用下心肌的病理改变

摘    要:目的本研究目的在于探讨磁场对急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infraction,AMI)的保护治疗作用。方法将大鼠随机分为5组即:空白对照组、磁场对照组、AMI组、AMI药物(心得安)治疗组和AMI磁场治疗组。采用电子计算机影像分析系统形态计量方法测量计算心肌梗死面积测定,并对病理形态学观察。结果AMI磁场治疗组心肌梗死面积(infraction surface,IS)明显低于AMI组(P〈0.05)。通过光学显微镜对各组的观察表明:AMI组心肌梗死处肉芽组织增生,未见明显瘢痕形成,磁场治疗组心肌梗死处并可见部分瘢痕形成。结论磁场能减少AMI大鼠IS,有利于梗死处修复,对心肌具有保护作用,这也为磁场用于AMI的治疗提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of magnetic field for AMI rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the blank contrast(G1),the magnetic field contrast(G2) , AMI group (G3), AMI drug (propranolol) group (G4) and AMI magnetic field (G5) .Results G5 can obviously alleviate IS appear rata in G3(P<0.05). Observation of microscope:There is hyperplasia of granulation tissue in area of myocardial infarction in G3 and formation of scar tissue is not observed obviously. Part of scar tissue has come to being in G5.Conclusions The magnetic field can provide protective effect for experimental AMI myocardium.
