摘 要: | 目的 探讨护理本科生自尊水平及其影响因素.方法 采用整群分层取样的方法,以自尊量表(SES)、自编相关因素调查表对重庆市931名护理本科学生进行整群测查.结果 护理本科生总体为高自尊水平(30.38±4.27)分],自尊水平与不同生源、人际交往、家庭结构、是否独生子女、年级、父母教养方式、家庭氛围、老师的态度、学校管理方式之间有关,各组别之间差异有显著性( P <0.01).逐步多元回归分析表明,对护理本科生自尊有直接预测作用的因素依次为:老师对学生的态度( r =0.293)、人际交往( r =0.273)、父母教育方式( r =0.131)、是否独生子女( r =0.080).结论 护理本科生自尊水平受到社会、家庭以及个体认知等多方面的影响,应有针对性加强对其自尊感的培养,提高心理健康水平.

Analysis of self-esteem feature and its influencing factors in nursing undergraduates of medical college |

Abstract: | Objective To study the self-esteem and related influence factors in nursing undergraduates. Methods Self-esteem Scale(SES) and the self-made general questionnaire was used to investigate 931 nursing undergraduates by cluster sampling. Results The self-esteem degree of nursing undergraduates had significantly high score(30.38±4.27),and it was related to different academic background,interpersonal communication,family structure,whether or not only child,grade,parent's education way,family atmosphere,teacher's attitude,management of school,with significant differences between the groups ( P <0.01). Stepwise logistic regression analyses indicated that teacher's attitude( r =0.293),interpersonal communication( r =0.273),prarent's education way( r =0.131),whether or not only child( r =0.080) influenced self-esteem indirectly. Conclusion The self-esteem of the nursing undergraduates has been influenced by the factors of society, family and individual cognition. Well-directed measures should be taken to cultivate their self-esteem and to improve the health level of psychology. |
