| 摘 要： | 目的：比较有或无可拆除巩膜瓣松解缝线结合小梁切除术治疗青光眼的疗效和并发症。方法：采用随机对照的临床验证方法,将150例（150眼）青光眼分为实验组和对照组。结果：实验组术后前房、眼压、滤过泡等并发症均明显低于对照组。结论：显微小梁切除联合可拆除巩膜瓣松解缝线不仅能通过调控缝线来控制滤过量,而且能明显减少并发症,提高抗青光眼手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy and complications of antiglaucomatous surgery with accommodative suture with that surgery without accommodative suture.Methods:With random and contrast methods,150 eyes of 150 cases were divided into experiment group and control group.
