石菖蒲挥发油成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究石菖蒲挥发油成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取石菖蒲挥发油,用GC-MS进行分离测定。结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:石菖蒲挥发油的收率是0.8%,鉴定出29个化学成分。结论:石菖蒲挥发油发油成分含量最高的是蒿脑31.453%。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Rhizoma Acori tatarinowii. Methods: The oil was obtained by steam distillation. GC MS method was adopted to separate and identify the chemical components. The relative contents in the oil were determined by area normalization. Results: The extraction efficiency of steam distillation was 0.8% and 29 constituents were identified. Conclusion: Methyl chabicol content (31.453%) was the highest.
