改良三联抗生素糊剂在犬牙髓血管再生术中的应用

摘    要:目的 研究改良三联抗生素糊剂在犬牙髓血管再生术中对牙齿变色、根管消毒和牙根继续发育的作用. 方法 取4只6月龄Beagle犬,随机抽取20颗牙作为实验牙建立慢性根尖周炎模型.采用改良的三联抗生素糊剂(将其中的米诺环素替换为头孢克洛)行根管消毒后刺激根尖形成血凝块并严密封闭冠部.3月后观察牙体变色情况,对实验牙拍摄根尖X线片并行苏木素-伊红染色. 结果 3月后有4颗出现不同程度变色;90%实验牙炎症得到控制;实验牙均有不同程度的根尖暗影缩小、根尖孔缩小、牙根长度增长、管壁增厚. 结论 采用改良的三联抗生素糊剂中的进行根管消毒,不仅发生牙体变色的风险低,且获得了良好的根管消毒效果,牙根继续发育.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of modified triple antibiotic paste to pulp revascularization of dog tooth on tooth discoloration,root canal disinfection, and root continued development.MethodsFour 6-month-old Beagles were used and 30 premolar teeth were randomly selected from each dog premolar teeth as experiment teeth.20 teeth were used in the experimental group and to establish model of chronic periapical.Disinfecting the root canal with modified triple antibiotic paste, bleeding into canals was evoked by over-instrumentation into apical tissues with K-file allowing the formation of a blood clot and the coronal portions were sealed.Radiographs and H-E staining were performed to observe periapical radiolucent areas after 3 months.ResultsAfter 3 months, there were 4 teeth discoloration in 20 teeth.90% teeth had inflammation controlled.There were improvements of different degree in root canals periapical lesion healing, apical closure, and increases in length and thickness.ConclusionThe modified triple antibiotic has a lower risk on tooth discoloration, a good root canal disinfection and continued root development.
