onners量表在注意缺陷多动障碍亚型中的应用

目的 :评估Conners量表ADHD各亚型中的应用 ,并了解其因子间有无差异。方法 :将PSQ及TRS应用于ADHD注意障碍型、冲动多动型、混合型及正常对照组儿童 ,统计其总分及因子分 ,先采用单因素方差分析 ,后采用S -N -K检验进行两两比较。结果 :PSQ评定显示 ,ADHD各临床亚型在品行问题、学习问题、冲动多动、多动指数、总分方面的评分显著高于对照组 ,但各亚型间PSQ总分及因子分无显著差异。TRS评定显示 ,ADHD各临床亚型在品行问题、多动、不注意 -冲动、多动指数、总分方面均显著高于对照组 ,而各亚型间TRS总分及因子分无显著差异。结论 :PSQ及TRS在品行问题、学习问题、冲动多动、多动指数及总分方面均能可靠、敏感地区别ADHD亚型与正常儿童 ,印证了Conners量表在ADHD中的诊断价值。但该量表对ADHD的临床分型的指导意义不大

A Study on Conners scale in clinical subtypes of Children ADHD

Objectives:To evaluate the application of Conners scale in thre e clinical subtypes of ADHD and to explore the role of factor scores in differen t iation of ADHD subtypes.Methods:PSQ and TRS were employed to assess children's behavior in three clinical subtypes of ADHD and control.th e total scores and fac tor scores were compared among the four groups.Results:For both PSQ and TRS,the total scores and factor scores(excerpt anxiety and psy chosomatic problem in PSQ) were found to be significantly higher in the three clinical subtypes when c omared to controls.However,no reliable difference was found among the three clin ical subtypes of ADHD.Conclu sion:Conners scale may help to differentiate clinical cass of ADHD fr om normal controls in aspects of conduct disorder,learning problem,impulsive-hyp eractive behavior,as well as in terms of hyperactive index and total score.On th e other hand,the scale has limited value in differentiating clinical subtypes of ADHD.
