| 摘 要： | 目的观察舌下含服尘螨滴剂对变应性鼻炎患者行免疫治疗的效果,评价舌下含服尘螨滴剂的有效性及安全性。方法54例变应性鼻炎患者舌下含服尘螨滴剂,统计治疗前后患者症状评分的变化及不良反应的发生。结果患者治疗前后的症状评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,无不良反应发生。结论舌下含服尘螨滴剂对变应性鼻炎患者有明显的治疗作用,且安全方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the effect and safety of sublingual immunotherapy with dust mites in allergic rhinitis. Methods 54 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with sublingual immunotherapy for 1 year. The symptom scores pre-and post-immunotherapy and side effects were recorded. Results There were significant differences between pre-and post-therapy （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Sublingual immunotherapy with dust mites guttae has obvious curative effect on allergic rhinitis. |
