穿刺置管治疗结核性浆膜炎并发症及处置方法

目的 探讨穿刺置管治疗结核性浆膜炎并发症及处置方法。方法 针对采用一次性使用抽液器包治疗结核性浆膜炎患者，所发生的穿刺失败、导管堵塞、穿刺点出血和渗血、气体进入浆膜腔等问题，进行原因分析，并采取相应处置方法。结果 通过及时对症处理，取得了显著疗效。结论 穿刺置管治疗结核性浆膜炎效果好，但也容易出现并发症，妥善处理可降低其发生率。

Puncture in treating tuberculous serositis complications and its treatment methods

Objective To explore puncture in the treatment of tuberculous serositis complications and disposal methods. Methods Some causes failed with puncture, catheter occlusion, hemorrhage, bleeding at the puncture point, gas into serous cavity problem resulted from using disposable dispenser pack treating in the patients with tuberculosis serositis were analysed, and some appropriate disposal methods were explored. Results Through timely and symptomatic treatment, significant effects were achieved. Conclusion Puncture in treating tuberculous serositis has good effects, but also prone to arise some complications, thus, proper treatments should be taken to reduce its incidence.
