从中医的整体观和辨证思维谈个体化麻醉

背景近年麻醉学领域开始关注麻醉相关措施对患者远期预后的影响。但目前仍存在诸多未能有效解决的问题，尤其是麻醉药物对机体的不良影响、重症患者对麻醉医师的挑战、围术期患者生命机能的调控、围术期重要器官功能的保护等仍是困扰麻醉医学的难题。目的初步探讨中医整体观念和辨证思维对临床麻醉的指导作用，进而提出“个体化麻醉”方案。内容依据现代麻醉学临床中遇到的新问题和挑战，结合中国传统医学的优势，提出中医药学应在麻醉学中有所作为。从中医理论对现代麻醉学的指导、中医药对靶器官的保护等几个方面进行了初步探讨，提出“个体化麻醉”方案，为中医药学的继承和发展提供了新思路。趋向中医药在围术期、围麻醉期的应用有其治疗的目的、手段和理论依据，但也存在一定的局限性，因此还需寻求循证医学的证据，只有有了循证医学的证据才能被人们重视和接受，才能反映出中医药治疗的客观性，建立麻醉医学的辨证论治体系。
