摘    要:背景急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)是目前严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。有大量研究表明:源自多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFA)的一些特殊的促炎症消退介质(specialized pro-resolving mediators,SPM)对ALI具有一定的保护作用。目的分析总结SPM对ALI的保护作用和机制。内容此文描述SPM的分子生物学特征、炎症与ALI的关系,SPM的抗炎和促进炎症消退的保护作用及机制3个方面。趋向SPM对ALI具有一定的保护作用,这对于临床上治疗ALI提供了一种新的思路和方法。

Abstract:Background Acute lung injury (ALI) is one of the devastating diseases which threat human health. Series of studies have demonstrated the protective effect of Specialized Pro-resolving Mediators (SPM) derived from polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) on ALL Objective Analyzing and summarizing the protective effect of SPM on ALI and its mechanism. Content This review exposits the molecular biology characteristics of SPM, the relationship between inflammation and acute lung injury and the protective effect and mechanism of anti-inflammation and pro-inflammation resolution of SPM on ALI. Trend With the protective effect on ALI, SPM provides us a new way on the clinical treatment of ALL
