肺癌患者血清细胞角蛋白19片段癌胚抗原及可溶性白细胞介素-2受体联合测定的临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨细胞角蛋白 19片段 (CYFRA2 1- 1) ,癌胚抗原 (CEA)及可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)联合测定对肺癌的诊断价值、病情监测、估价预后的临床意义。方法 对 12 6例肺癌患者 ,45名健康人 ,用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)检测血清中 CYFRA2 1- 1和 CEA水平 ;用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)检测 s IL- 2 R水平。结果 肺癌患者血清 CYFRA2 1- 1,CEA及 s IL- 2 R水平明显高于健康人 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;单项分别检测的灵敏度 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;三项肺癌标志物联检比二项及单项检测的灵敏度高 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论  CYFRA2 1- 1是单项检测肺癌灵敏度及特异性较好的一种肿瘤标志物 ;CYFRA2 1- 1联合 CEA及 s IL- 2 R检测可大大提高对肺癌的诊断效率

Abstract:Objective CYFRA21 1,CEA and sIL 2R were investigated to study diagnostic value,disease progress and prognostic estimation for patients with lung cancer.Methods Serum levels of CYFRA21 1 and CEA were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA),and of sIL 2R by ELISA,for 126 cases of lung cancer and 45 controls.Results CYFRA21 1,CEA and sIL 2R levels in the serum of lung cancer patients were much higher than those of controls,with significant difference (P<0 01).No significant difference was found when the three items were tested individually (P>0 05).The sensitivity of combined three markers for lung cancer is higher than that of two markers or single marker,with statistic difference (P<0 01).Conclusion CYFRA21 1 is a tumor marker with better sensitivity and specificity;combined with CEA and sIL 2R it can improve the sensitivity and accuracy for detecting lung cancer.
