胎儿睾丸的发育和组织结构研究

摘    要:目的 研究各孕龄阶段胎儿睾丸的下降位置、发育和组织结构变化。方法 用新鲜胎儿标本,尸解观察睾丸位置,取得睾丸后测量睾丸的长宽厚各径线,以1/万分析天平称取睾丸重量,而后行睾丸固定,病理切片观察睾丸的组织结构。结果 睾丸的下降位置随孕周增加从平髂嵴逐渐降至阴囊,本研究发现1例孕25w胎儿的右侧睾 无天性缺如。1例孕28w胎儿的左右两睾丸下降严重不同步。睾丸病理切片证实曲细精管的袢状结构在胎儿期已经形成,曲细精管无明显管腔。各孕周睾丸径线的数值,有望填补此领域里的空白。讨论 本研究发现1例先天性睾丸缺如和1例左右两侧睾丸下降严重不同步,是否说明先天性单侧睾丸缺如和单侧隐睾是在胎儿期形成的,有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective: To study the position,development and histologic structure about testis of fetus in each phrase of pregnancy.Methods: After observing the position of testis in fresh dissected samples of fetus,measuring the length,width and thickness of tesis,and weighing the testis with analysic balance,we sliced the fixed samples of testis and observe the histologic structure with microscope.Results: A case has been reported in our study that the right testis of a 25-week fetus is shortness inherent.And another case is that two testises of a 28-week fetus descend in nonsynchronism seriously.It has proved that the structure of tublus seminifer convolutus has formed in the phase of fetus and tubuli seminiferi contorti has no cavity.conclution: With two case above,we should continue to study that if it can prove or not that one side testis-shortness inherented and one side retained testis has formed in fetus.The measuring of development and weighness about testis of fetus maybe fill up many text.It proved through pathologic slicing that pathologic structure of testis is concerned with documents.
