药物治疗47例绝经后原发性骨质松症临床观察

目的二磷酸盐类药物（固邦）同时加用钙剂与维生素D3及适当运动治疗绝经后原发性骨质松症的疗效观察。方法选择47例绝经后骨密度（BMD）测定T值〈-2.5SD未经任何治疗不合并其他有关骨代谢性疾病的骨质疏松症患者,均口服二磷酸盐10mg/d,碳酸钙1.0g,维生素D30.25μg,并适当运动,12个月后观察骨痛症状及骨密度变化情况。结果经过12个月治疗,骨痛症状明显缓解,有效率高达76%。骨密度值有所增高,其中腰椎BMD值增加明显为7.6%（P〈0.05）,双髋部平均BMD值增高5.5%（P〈0.05）。结论应用二磷酸盐类药物加用钙剂与活性维生素D及适当运动治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,能有效的改善骨痛,同时骨密度值有明显增高。

Clinical study of treatment of 47 postmenopausal osteoporosis with alternative and combined use of drugs

Objective To study the result of therapy of postmenopausal osteoporosis by using bisphosphonate and calcium and vitamin D3 and proper exercise at the same time. Methods 47 cases of postmenopansal osteoporosis were treated with salcatonin for 12 months and given calcium and vitamin D3 and proper exercise at the same time. Results After 1 year＇ s treatment, bone pain was obviously relieved, effective rate was up to 76%. BMD was obviously improved. BMD of lumber vertebra was increased by 7.6% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. BMD of hip was increased by 5.5 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion By using of bisphosphonate and calcium and vitamin D3 at the same time for treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis can relieve bone pain and elevate BMD efficiently.
