生骨注射液对实验性大鼠骨折愈合过程中VEGF表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨生骨注射液对骨折愈合过程中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响及促进骨折愈合的作用机理。方法建立SD大鼠胫骨干骨折愈合模型。治疗组和对照组分别在骨折断端注射等量生骨注射液和生理盐水;采用免疫组织化学方法检测,分析两组大鼠骨折愈合过程中不同阶段骨痂组织中VEGF蛋白的表达。结果免疫组织化学染色显示,生骨注射液组骨痂组织中VEGF表达量及阳性定位明显强于对照组。结论生骨注射液能促进骨折愈合过程中VEGF在骨痂组织中的表达,这可能是生骨注射液促进骨折愈合的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Shenggu Injection(SGI)on the expression of vascular endothelia growth factor(VEGF)in fracture healing,and to explore its mechanisms in promoting the fracture healing.Methods:After the tibial bone fracture model was established by operation,the SD rats were divided into two groups randomly,one group was injected with SGI at the bone stumps,the other group was injected with equivalent Saline.The method of immuno-histochemistry was used to detect the expression level of VEGF in callus tissue during different period of fracture healing.Then the data were compared and analyzed by measurement.Results:The expression levels of VEGF in SGI group was higher than the other groups.Conclusion:SGI can promote the expression level of VEGF of callus tissue in fracture healing.This may be one of the mechanisms of SGI to promote the healing of fractrue.
