| 摘 要： | 为了进一步加强医院感染预防与控制,提高医疗质量水平,本文探讨了院内感染防控的主要措施：定期进行专题培训;控制高危因素;按照相关法律法规和质控标准制定管理制度并严格执行;纳入绩效考核;建立适时监控的长效机制。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infection,the article discussed the main means,which included special duty training regularly,control of high risk factors,development and implement of management regulation according to related laws and standards,carrying out performance assessment,prolonged supervisory monitoring mechanism. |
