| 摘 要： | 目的研究慢性肾功能不全患者血清透明质酸(HA)、层粘蛋白(LN)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平变化及意义。方法采用放射免疫法测定76例慢性肾功能不全患者及20例健康献血员血清HA、LN水平,根据血肌酐(cr)水平分氮质血症组(A组)、尿毒症组(B组)、正常对照组(C组)比较上述各项指标。结果慢性肾功能不全患者(A组、B组)上述各项指标均高于正常健康组(C组)(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论血清HA、LN及血β2-MG联合检测可以作为反映并鉴别肾功能损坏程度及预告指标之一。
