| 摘 要： | 比索洛尔是一个选择性的肾上腺素β_1受体阻滞剂,无内源性拟交感活性,无膜稳定作用。比索洛尔具有降低心肌收缩力、减慢心率、降低血压等作用。比索洛尔长期用于慢性、稳定型心力衰竭病人,可使心力衰竭病人左室功能改善。临床研究表明比索洛尔用于心力衰竭病人,可降低总死亡率和心血管死亡率,减少再入院发生率。

| Abstract: | Bisoprolol is a selectiveβ_1 receptor blockader,having no intrinsic sympathomimetic or mem- brane stabilising activity.Bisoprolol possesses decreaseing cardiac contractility,heart rate,and blood pressure. Long-term administration of bisoprolol in chronic,stable heart failure may improve left ventricular function.Clini- cal study showed that in treatment of heart failure,bisoprolol is able to decrease the total and cardiovascular mor- tality,together with re-admission rate. |
