环丙沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎的临床疗效

本文对１０９例（１３０眼）临床诊断急性细菌性结膜炎，应用０．３％环丙沙星（ＣＰＬＸ）滴眼液（７０眼）和０．３％诺氟沙星（ＮＦＬＸ）滴眼液（６０眼），作了双盲随机治疗研究各１个星期。治愈率ＣＰＬＸ组６２．８６％、ＮＦＬＸ组４５％，显效ＣＰＬＸ组３２．８５％，ＮＦＬＸ组４６．６６％。治疗后细菌清除率ＣＰＬＸ组９４．７８％、ＮＦＬＸ组９２．９５％。两种抗菌素对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌的作用相似，治疗中无一例有任何副反应或局部不能耐受。ＣＰＬＸ对治疗外眼部细菌感染如急性细菌性结膜炎为一安全有效的药物，其临床疗效与对微生物作用在本组试验中与ＮＦＬＸ相似。

The clinical effect with topically administered ciprofloxacin to treat acute bacterial conjunctivitis

In this double-masked study,we randomly assigned 109 patients (130eyes) with clinical signs of acute bacterial conjunctivitis,to treatment with either ciprofloxacin (CPLX) ophtlnalmic solution 0.3% (70) or norfloxa cin(NFLX) ophthalmic solution 0.3% (60) for one week.Of the patients with positive cultures, 62.86%(44 of 70) of CPLX-treated patients and 45% (27 of 60) of NFLX-treated patients were clinical cured. An addi tional 32.85%(23 of 70) of CPLX-treated patients and 46.66%(28 of 60) of NFLX-treated patients were marked effected.On the basis of posttr eatment cultures,94.78% of all cultured bacteria were eradicated(66 of 70 organisms) after treatment with CPLX.Both antibiotics had similar efficacy against gram-positive and against gram-negative organisms.There was no patient to appeare any adverse reactions or local intolerance.CPLX appears to be an effective and relative safe agent for the treatment of external ocular bacterial infection such as acute bacterial conjunctitis.In this study CPLX was clinical and microbiologically similar in activity to NFLX.
