摘    要:经皮给药的物理技术是依靠光、机、电等物理因素作用促进药物的经皮渗透,它们包括离子导入、超声导入、电穿孔、光压波导入、电磁导入等.这些技术是使多肽类、蛋白质类等生物制剂释放的潜在工具,对开发生物医药具有重要意义.作者集中分析它们的机理、特性以及相关的学术与技术问题.

Abstract:Physically-assisted transdermal drug delivery is the transport of compounds across the skin using optical, mechanical and electrical factors, including iontophoresis, sonophoresis, electroporation, photomechanical wave and magnetophoresis. They have been extensively potential means for delivering products of biotechnology, such as peptides and proteins, and have great significance for developing bio-drugs. The focus of the review is to analyze these different mechanisms, property and related academic and technologic issues.
