| Abstract: | Summary Eleven workers exposed to toluene inhalation in a rotogravure plant were examined for the determination of the concentration of toluene in alveolar air, the excretion of urinary hippuric acid, and the concentration of toluene in the blood both before and after the 7-h work shift: the research has shown that these three paramters were correlated.The partition coefficient of toluene for blood and air was between 7 and 15. |
