| 摘 要： | 随着联合国《禁止化学武器公约》（Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons）的正式生效，经过中日双方多轮谈判，中日两国政府于1999年7月正式签署《关于销毁中国境内日本遗弃化学武器的备忘录》。从此，日本遗弃在华化学武器的处理问题终于提上中日双方谈判与实施日程。
