摘    要:[目的]探讨雾化吸入后配合腹部冲击法协助颈髓损伤病人排痰的效果。[方法]将64例颈髓损伤病人随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组实施常规排痰措施,实验组除常规排痰措施外,雾化吸入后配合腹部冲击法排痰。比较两组病人排痰后肺部听诊情况、病人主观咳痰能力、医院内获得性肺炎和肺不张发生率。[结果]实验组排痰后肺部听诊情况的改善、病人主观咳痰能力明显优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组病人医院内获得性肺炎及肺不张的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]雾化吸入后配合腹部冲击法能提高颈髓损伤病人排痰的效果。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the expectoration effect of aerosol inhalation with abdominal impact method applied for patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 64 cases of patients with spinal cord injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group cases received the routine expectoration measures,expect that,the experimental group cases received the aerosol inhalation with abdominal impact method expectoration.Then to compare lung auscultation situation after expectoration,subjective sputum production capacity,incidence of hospital acquired pneumonia and atelectasis in patients between two groups.Results:Improvement of lung auscultation after expectoration and subjective sputum production capacity of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P0.01);The incidence of hospital acquired pneumonia and pulmonary atelectasis in experimental group patients were lower than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation with abdominal impact method can improve the effect of expectoration in the patients with cervical spinal cord injury.
