丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗死的Meta分析

目的评价丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索国内外公开发表的以丹参川芎嗪注射液为干预措施治疗脑梗死的随机对照试验,采用Jadad评分法进行质量评价,运用Rev Man 5.0.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 13项研究经Meta分析结果显示,丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗组在痊愈率、有效率方面均优于对照组。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗死有较好疗效,且不良反应发生率低,但由于现有的研究质量较差,尚需设计严格的多中心、大样本的随机对照试验予以进一步证实。

Meta-analysis of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective It is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods The randomized controlled trails about treament of cerebral infarction with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection were searched by computer-based on line search,the Jadad score was used to evaluate the quality.The data was statistically analyzed by Meta-analysis.Results 13 studies were incorporated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that cure rates and effective rates of treatment group treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection were better than that of control group.Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection has better therapeutic effect on cerebral infarction with low occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions,however,the quality of present researches is worse,more rationally designed and strictly executed randomized trials with large samples are necessary.
