老年病人腹腔镜胆囊切除术的个性化护理

[目的]探讨老年病人腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理措施和特点。[方法]对187例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年病人,结合病人具体病情有针对性地制订个性化护理措施,在手术前、手术后实施整体护理。[结果]187例中除2例因炎症粘连严重而中转开腹外,其余均顺利完成手术。经治疗及个性化护理后,病人原有基础疾病无一例因手术而加重,未发生明显并发症,均痊愈出院。[结论]在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人的整体护理中,根据病人具体情况实施个性化护理可以有效提高手术成功率、预防和减少术后并发症的发生。

Individualized care of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective. To probe into nursing measures and characteristics in the elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods .. Combined with the specific conditions of patients,individualized nursing interven- tions were made for a total of 187 elderly patients who underwent laparo- scopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from June in 2007 to June in 2010 ,and the holistic nursing was carried out for them respectively before and after op- eration. Results-LC was successfully performed on 185 patients,and 2 cases converted to open surgery because of serious inflammatory adhesions. After the LC and individualized care,all patients healed, the original underlying dis- ease of no case was aggravated due to surgery, and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion. In the overall care of the elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the implementation of individualized care in ac- cordance with the specific circumstances of the patients can improve the suc- cess rate of surgery and prevent and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
