| 摘 要： | 目的]观察发展性照顾护理在早产儿中的应用效果。方法]将120例早产儿随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规重症监护,实验组在对照组基础上实施发展性照顾护理模式,包括鸟巢护理、暗室护理、集中护理和心理安慰等。结果]实验组早产儿体重恢复至正常所需时间、每日睡眠时间、每日进奶量和住院时间等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论]发展性照顾护理模式能促进早产儿正常发育,提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the applied effect of the developmental nursing model for preterm infants.Methods：A total of 120 cases of preterm infants were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each.The control group cases were given routine intensive care therapy,while the experimental group cases were given developmental nursing model based on the routine intensive care therapy including bird nest care,dark room care,concentration care and psychological comfort.Results：The time of infants＇ weight returned to normal,bedtime,daily into milk and length of stay of experimental group cases were all prior to those of control group.There were significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusion：The developmental nursing model can promote the normal development of preterm infants and improve the quality of life of infants. |
